Cimeco conducts ongoing maintenance work for the Royal Australian Navy throughout Australia.  The work is conducted at marine defence facilities such as HMAS Stirling, Garden Island in WA, Garden Island in Sydney, as well as on-board Royal Australian and US Navy vessels throughout Australia.

Cimeco undertaken a wide variety of marine contract work.  The principal areas of operation are:

  • Design, supply, construction and surface treatment for EVAC vacuum sewerage systems for the Royal Australian Navy
  • Repairs, dismantling and relocation of piping, steel work and mechanical equipment to meet specific Navy specification and various MIL-STD's
  • Refurbishment of copper-nickel oil / water separation and fire main systems of varying sizes and configurations throughout RAN vessels
  • Complete galley piping modifications
  • Supply of exotic piping material including, but not limited to, various grades of copper-nickel pipe and fittings, specialist bronze fittings, exotic stainless steel and consumables
  • Supply of specialist welders who are fully qualified and coded to Navy specifications and MIL-STD's
