Cimeco prides itself on providing a wide range of on site services to clients. Stemming from core business activities, Cimeco provides comprehensive maintenance, plant upgrade, minor works and managed services on both a short term and long term contract basis.
Concrete Maintenance
Cimeco employ some of the leading civil refurbishment specialists within the field of concrete repair. This capability is based on established construction practices, methodology and in-house job specific equipment and includes a total repair service involving breakout of existing concrete, treatment or replacement of reinforcing steel, replacement of concrete via traditional or shotcrete application and the curing and surface treatment of new concrete to maximise protection. Previous in-house experience includes over 10 years of working with CBH Kwinana Grain Jetty to progressively repair the Soffit and Cross Head Beams. Specific works contracts and individual jobs are serviced at project sites by shotcrete application crews and support project management.
On Site Mechanical and Fabrication
With an extensive off site fabrication capability for support, Cimeco can provide a superior mechanical installation and maintenance service. Whether installing pre-fabricated products such as structural steel, fixed access and pipe spools or replacement of mechanical components such as valves, pumps and motors, Cimeco can provide all on site mechanical needs.
Building and Facilities Maintenance
With over 30 years of experience in building construction, Cimeco has concurrently developed extensive capabilities in building maintenance. Services include carpentry, plumbing and gas fitting, electrical, painting, floor coverings, and much more. Whilst focusing on site based maintenance teams, Cimeco can also provide a mobile response service by drawing on their extensive range of in-house and subcontract trades, and extensive supplier network.
