Peter Hutchinson
Bachelor of Commerce, FCPA, FAICD. Mr Hutchinson has held the position of Managing Director of ASX listed company, A.I. Limited between February 2001 and March 2003 and was previously Managing Director of a diversified private company investing in engineering, construction and manufacturing. He promoted and managed the demerger of A.I. Construction Limited from A.I. Limited to Forge Group Limited, culminating in the ASX listing of Forge (FGE) on 28 June 2007. Andrew Ellison Over the past 20 years, Mr Ellison has held senior management positions in multi disciplined business operating in engineering, maintenance and construction industries. Mr Ellison was formerly the Managing Director and equal shareholder of Kiam Corporation Limited. He has extensive contractual and general management experience and brings to the Board a strong belief in organic growth opportunities. Michael Kenyon Mr Kenyon has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Cimeco since January 2007. At the commencement of his career, Mr Kenyon spent over five years in two of the “Big Four” accounting firms, Ernst & Young and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, working in Corporate Recovery and Corporate Finance. He also has extensive experience within private enterprise as General Manager and Partner. Mr Kenyon is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Stefan Willett Mr Willett has been with Cimeco Pty Ltd since 2001. With over 15 years in the manufacturing, engineering and construction industry, Mr Willett provides extensive experience in engineering and management of turn key construction projects across the resource sector throughout
