Cimeco Pty Ltd (Cimeco) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Forge Group Ltd (Forge).  Forge is a public company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and acts as the holding company for investments in engineering, procurement, construction management and construction.  Cimeco is the operating entity of Forge that is responsible for all construction activities of the Group.  Other wholly owned subsidiaries include Abesque Engineering Ltd and Webb Construction (West Africa) Ltd.

As a leading Western Australian based contractor, Cimeco offers a “one stop shop” approach to client’s construction requirements. Providing a complete suite of construction services to the resource industry including civil and concrete, mechanical, electrical and maintenance services, Cimeco can provide a seamless and fully integrated solution to your construction needs.  If EPCM (engineering, procurement and construction management) or EPC services are required for fixed price contracting Cimeco will utilise sister company Abesque Engineering Ltd and the financial surety of parent company Forge Group Ltd.  Construction activities in West African countries are carried out by Cimeco with the assistance of Webb Construction (West Africa) Ltd, which has over 15 years of experience in the region.
